The Wheel of the Births and Deaths

The Law of Samsara exists as a consequence of the Law of the Polarity. It is that Law that provokes the phenomenon of the attraction and repulsion, which is exteriorized as energy, what allows the cohesion of the matter. This gives one of the characteristics of the Universe that is the vibration, characteristic that takes everything to grow through cycles

This phenomenon is very well described by the symbol of Tai-Chi,
of the Zen Buddhism. 

The whole good brings inside of itself the root of the evil and all the
badly brings inside of itself the root of the good. The two poles of the
Universe are complemented and they act in the manner to create the
 necessary oscillations to the emergence of the matter.

When the germ of the negative that is inside of the positive grows to a certain limit, he becomes the total negative aspect, bringing inside of itself the germ of the positive. When the germ of the good grows to a certain point, he becomes the positive total, bringing inside of itself the germ of the negative. It is this game that results in the cycles - expansion and retraction - and it gives the systematic quaternary of the manifestation.

Everything is born and, after an expansion cycle, it reaches the acme, later it declines and dies. We can see this in the fruit. But all of the deaths are apparent. The fruit is reborn and also the man goes back to new life.

Which is, for the man, the function of the Wheel of Samsara?

 In the degree of the human being's current development, he doesn't manage to do the game of the human soul, in other words, it doesn't get to discern the right of the wrong, to turn off of the emotional desires and to do the right at the expense of the Will. He tends to answer emotionally. The referential of the life is the sensation.

His form of reacting obeys the circuit: 

 

It is the emotion that impels the man to the action and it is the provoked
pleasant sensation for a certain action that incites the man to the repetition of the
 same. The man starts to look for the sensation again. So many times this circuit
repeats that he ends for transforming in a habit, in other words, in a conditioning,
that we started to execute in an unconscious way. To elaborate positive tendencies,
 it is necessary to execute the game in a conscious way. To discern the right of the
wrong and, disconnecting the emotional, to do the right using the force of Will.

It happens that our conditionings, for being impelled by the emotion, they tend to move away of the Law.

It is exactly this tendency that the man has to answer emotionally to the external incentives, that brings him bundled to the wheel of the births and deaths.

The cycles of life and death they are a need, because they make possible the man's evolution.

If the man stayed indefinitely in a same action line, due to that tendency of reacting emotionally, he would go developing to the maximum habits linked to the emotion and he would go on moving away more and more of the Law.

The cycles, in other words, the death, breaks up the man's bonds with the matter, with the desires of the selfish emotion and, along several lives, he goes on noticing that the things of "Outside" have less value than the ones of "Inside." He passes from "HAVING" to the "BEING" and it overcomes the attachment.

That death, or that Pralaya, is always preceded by an auto judgment.

In the final moment of each life, whatever happened in the life passes as if it were a film, from the birth to that moment. Whatever he did, he thought, he spoke, he felt. In that moment, there is a direct connection with the superior conscience and the own person makes the auto judgment and the proposition for the new incarnation. From there the need to leave those that are about to turn off the life, in silence and concentration. It is there that he elaborates the Karma. Karma is compensations physical, emotional and mental for the actions registered in the being's soul.

It means that we are the product of us same. The game of the life is to balance the opposed poles of our nature. Then the necessity of conforming to karma acquired in the past. Only that attitude already dilutes the Karma. The situations that we face in the life are opportunities for the interior progress. It is necessary to know how to take advantage of them. Pythagoras, for instance, was arrested in Egypt and he passed l4 years of his age ripens, productive, as prisoner, but it happens that, for that reason, there he got in touch with the magic of the Caldeus, the astronomy of the Persians and the wisdom of the Jews, because there they were also prisoners the prophets of Israel.

To be possible that work of the compensations, the being, in other words, his conscience, comes in new psycho-mental, he faces new environment. He only comes with their positive and negative tendencies.

The Wheel of the Births and Deaths include three plans of the manifestation. In those plans the man goes on turning off of their inferior principles - physical and vital, emotional and mental, principles that are not incorporated to his fundamental nature.

 

After the death, the soul stays in the vital until the physical's disaggregation. After, the conscience is transferred for the mental plan together with the emotional. There it stays until draining all of the emotional pulses that he didn't incorporate to his fundamental nature. He passes, then, for the pure mental plan, taking besides, the memory of the past. Turned off of the emotional, conscious of the purpose of the evolution, he starts to analyze with justice all their mistakes.

After that auto judgment, the "substratum" of all of the being's fundamental principles pass to the vehicle Átmico where they stay for the time determined by the Karma, until that it appears the desire to be reborn to accomplish new pulse evolutional, to accomplish new program established by himself in the moment of the auto judgment.

When this desire appears, the factor reincarnated will choose the place kindred with the established plan. Around the "substratum" Átmico that constitutes the degree of the being's conscience, condense new body mental, new astral body and new body ethereal, and this is the one that will determine the genetic characteristics. Then the need of the kindred place cited above and the responsibility of the abortions etc.

The genetics says: he was born with the Father's style, but it is to the opposite, the Father is that has the son's style that is why he was born there.

The positive tendencies and negatives are as stones in the new board of the life. The individual should manipulate them in such a way that gets to reduce the oscillations of the poles, reaching the balance.

The Westerner has a distorted concept of the death. For the Oriental, death it is not death, it is birth, because the being becomes conscious. The life is that would be death because of the limitations, of the veils. There exist people that make party for the deaths exist and they cry to the births.

It is as the legend of the caterpillar that says goodbye to the friends that cry, because they think she will die. But the one that will have is transformation and no death. It is only the transformation for a superior period of training when it can fly for the freedom.

Nothing dies. There is only modification in the form, the activity, the condition of energy.

The pain is for the one who stays. For the one who goes it is not. There is no longing because he notices the dear beings in the astral. The pain is to confront with the mistakes.

In the funerals we should not cry nor to lament. It is difficult because of the tradition. Sometimes years pass away from neither the person without nor a gesture of affection. When she dies, it travels enormous distances even only to cry socially. Not always it is love. The great lamentations hinder the liberation and the pursuit of the process. The more positives, more constructive the comments, more help who goes, because the person it perceives what is happening.

The life is a school. We should carry out the life calm, unworried. Our only concern should be the one of sowing the seed because in the other worlds we will only be able to pick that which we sowed here.

Socrates' biographers count that, when he was in the prison, convict to the death, for his philosophy be considered heretical to that time, few moments before receiving the poison, some friends got to open the doors making possible his escape. It is words were: "You are bad philosophers if you think that some poison can kill Socrates." When he was already dying, their friends asked where he wanted to be buried, to what he answers: "To Socrates nobody will bury, but to this involucres they can put it where well they understand."

We don't want to value the fact to Socrates' having let them to kill him, but we want to show that he had discovered the Me eternal, immortal.

Certain time, Paulinius, Christian missionary, spoke in the count of England to King Edwin. A wise attitude before the death should be: To accomplish with our obligations as perfect as if we would die now and, at the same time, to have so many plans for the life as if we were to live eternally.
