The principles of the human soul are constituted by two poles - one positive
and other negative one - principles these that the Westerner denominates
of Well and Badly. Along the reading of the morals codes, we will see that
those valves are very relative and necessary for the evolution.
The purpose of those codes is to take the man to find the road that removes
him from the polar game of the soul. The man is a being polarized that is
living
the function of unification of the opposites.
The suffering sensations that seem something so concrete, they are just the
illusion created by the duality of the mental. If before any problem,
suffering,
we get to stop the mind, the pain will cease entirely.

All those rules of conduct should be considered as points of support. The man, moved by the religiosity, by the fear of the unknown, he starts to respect them and this help the man not to toss down to his negative side. They are, so to speak, crutches that should be used until the man vanquish his negative nature, until that day, when the positive principles will come out definitively from within to outside.
The analysis of the morals codes can assume, to the first view, an aspect of indoctrination, of puritanism but, either the man wants, or doesn't want, it is only practicing such old, apparently so mystic precepts, that he will find the road of his liberation. Other road doesn't exist. All the great Beings come affirming this through their codes of moral.
Since millennia, that the man is seeking the formula for the happiness.
Aristotle (384-322 aC) affirmed: The man's end is the happiness but he will only reach her/it by the Virtue, for what it is necessary the reason."
If we analyze well, the man doesn't look for the Truth because of the Truth but to solve their problems. There exists, though, a true false testimony when we promise the sky through the pardon and certain practices. Only the own man can modify his destiny, by the change in his form of reacting before the life.
It is for that reason that the road of the Theosophy, is much more arduous, because she doesn't promise, she simply affirms that the man continues living successively that which he lived in this life and in his last lives. The paradise should be reached in life, not after the death.
They are words of Kut-Humi, a great adept of the past: "No advantage is taken by repeating how many times the sacred word AUM that means GOD, since a superior character is not possessed. Without this, no practical result will be gotten in the initiation." It is no use beating in the chest, to have great religiosity and to continue acting as well the person understands. That attitude is most of the time escape. The man sticks to this mechanical devotement, external, to the prayers, novenas, confessions, to flee from the Herculean effort of acting in agreement with his degree of conscience.
What has been happening through the times is that the Christians, in their majority, never followed the commandments nor the blessedness; the Buddhists never followed the Paramitas, and other groups never followed their morals codes, because this would mean to win the negative tendencies which, implicitly, means fight, fights that the man doesn't want to face, preferring to stay with the palliatives of the satisfied emotion.
When the man received the mental, the emotion came for already millions of years creating their reflexes conditioned that are powerful forces. Instead of the mental to dominate them, it went being dominated by them. Only the Will can take the man to tread the fair road.
What happens is the following: the doctrines are indicative arrows of the road. The pilgrim, instead of looking the indicated direction and to continue confident, stops in the arrow. He expects for an all complicated method that will take a lightning effect. But that method doesn't exist. What has of extraordinary in the initiation is that the application to our nature of these precepts simple, old known, trivial, however now well driven by the mental enlightened and that, by his turn, will be shielded by the Will, end for operating the miracle of our personal transformation, without which they will never be opened up the perception channels that will make possible the man to have a panoramic vision of the Universe.
Helena Petrovna Blavatsky synthesizes all the rules or codes in a magisterial way: "Chaste life, free mind and without prejudices, pure heart, intellect thirsty of knowledge, spiritual perception lucid, fraternal affection to all the humanity, good disposition to receive and to transmit advices and instructions, good resignation and vitality in the sufferings because of the personal injustices that can affect us, unshaken firmness of principles, brave defense of the wrongly attacked, persevering devotion to the ideal of the progress and perfection the of humanity".
Rules of DYNAMICS OF GROUP are very useful for interior organization.
Nobody proves anything to anybody.
Opinions should be emitted fairly. It cannot have offense feeling.
Who receives the opinion should not place herself in opposition she should penetrate the idea and, in parallel, she emits her idea.
